How Flexlock works

RFID‑Compatible LocksRadio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology used to read information at a distance. Flexlock works with the most common RFID technologies on the market. The system can use existing user cards and tags. The lock reads only general information and has no network integration.

Flexlock can be implemented using your current RFID cards or tags without affecting your existing system. This means the same card or tag can be used for both workplace access and storage furniture.

The locks can be installed in both new and existing furniture. They are easily operated with a card, a tag, or your mobile phone. All Flexlock locks are battery‑powered, maintenance‑free, reliable, and have a long lifespan. The flexible administration makes it easy to configure lock functions according to your specific needs. It also allows you to adapt the locks as your requirements change, whether you need permanent or temporary storage.

Simple

From installation to programming – everything is kept simple. This means you can easily re-program the lock to add or remove users – or to configure it with a different type of locking function. The locks are battery-powered and do not require an external power supply.

Flexlock Card”Card” is our default system. Use a card or tag as your key. Local administration of each individual lock is done with programming cards. A convenient system for managing users and lock functions. Can be integrated with existing RFID cards or tags. The system includes our unique Ready to Use feature.

Flexlock Card+”Card+” offers the same functions as Card, but in addition to using a card or tag as a key, this system also provides access to the locks via our Card+ app. Scan the QR code on the locker to access the storage. No cloud solutions or license fees. Local administration with a programming cards.

Flexlock SmartA flexible system where you can use your mobile phone, card, or tag as a key. Cloud‑based central administration via computer enables the management of many locks across multiple locations. Compatible with both iPhone and Android.
