Flexlock Locks

Flexlock Invisible CardFlexlock Invisible with our standard system “Card”. Invisible is the hidden lock installed on the inside of the furniture, giving the storage a clean and elegant appearance. It is an electronic lock using RFID technology and is suitable for most types of storage units with wooden fronts.

Flexlock Public CardFlexlock Public with our standard “Card” system. Public is an external antenna mounted on the outside of the storage unit and used in combination with a Flexlock Invisible installed on the inside. It is designed for situations where the material or thickness of the door makes the lock’s signal insufficient.

Public is an external antenna mounted on the outside of the storage unit and used in combination with a Flexlock Invisible installed on the inside. It is designed for situations where the material or thickness of the door makes the lock’s signal insufficient.

Public is an external antenna mounted on the outside of the storage unit and used in combination with a Flexlock Invisible installed on the inside. It is designed for situations where the material or thickness of the door makes the lock’s signal insufficient.

Flexlock Plates

Lock plate B - SlideLock plate for Flexlock Invisible designed for sliding doors or pull out drawers. It is mounted together with the lock on the inside of the furniture. Neither the lock nor the lock plate is visible from the outside, giving the furniture a clean and elegant appearance.

Lock plate B - Sliding door mechanismSliding door mechanism for Flexlock Invisible. A combination of Lock Plate B, sliding mechanism, and ejector that makes it possible to use one single lock for two doors in a sliding door cabinet. Suitable for cabinets with doors that are 16 or 19 mm thick. It is mounted together with the lock on the inside of the furniture. Neither the lock nor the lock plate is visible from the outside, giving the furniture a clean and elegant appearance.

Lock plate C - Catapult+Lock plate for Flexlock Invisible designed for easy and smooth opening of doors and drawers. It features an integrated ejector that automatically pushes the door or drawer out 40 mm when unlocked (maximum ejector force <12 N). It is mounted together with the lock on the inside of the furniture. Neither the lock nor the lock plate is visible from the outside, giving the furniture a clean and elegant appearance. Also available with separate ejectors, in other lengths, and with different mounting options.

Flexlock accessories

Flexlock BatteryBattery specifically designed for Flexlock. To ensure your Flexlock operates optimally, this battery must be used. A depleted or incompatible battery may cause the lock to jam. If this happens with an Invisible lock, the storage unit must be forced open to gain access. With Visible or Public, a “Battery end kit” can be used instead.

RFID LabelTransparent vinyl label that makes it easier to locate and operate a Flexlock Invisible lock. The label is placed on the outside of the storage unit to indicate where the internally mounted Invisible lock is positioned. Sold as a single piece. Specify quantity when ordering.

Mounting plate Flexlock InvisibleMounting plate for Flexlock Invisible for situations where the lock cannot be screwed directly into the furniture. This may be the case when the surface is too thin or when the storage unit is made of a material unsuitable for screws, such as metal, plastic, or glass. The mounting plate is attached to the inside of the furniture using double sided adhesive tape. The lock is then screwed into the plate.

Mounting Clamps for Flexlock InvisibleMounting Clamps for Flexlock Invisible designed to mount locks that are recessed 10 mm into the furniture. Works only with a separate ejector in combination with Lock Plate C.

Battery End KitIf the battery stops working for any reason, or if it is fully depleted, Flexlock Public and Visible will remain locked by default. The storage unit cannot be opened in this state. You can then connect an external power bank as a temporary power supply to open the unit. The kit includes a power bank, connection cable, and a “Battery end” card. The Battery end card allows you to deactivate the automatic locking function and instead have the lock switch to an open position when the battery runs out. This alternative battery end function is only compatible with 2.0 locks. The connection cable and Battery end card can also be purchased separately.

USB Reader SmartUSB reader for our locking system ”Smart”. It ensures correct and efficient registration of card information into the cloud‑based central administration. The USB reader is connected to a computer via a USB port. When a user card or tag is placed on the device, its unique ID number is read and transferred into the system.

Mounting templates InvisibleMounting templates that simplify the installation of Flexlock Invisible locks. They ensure correct alignment and proper function of both the lock and the lock plate by positioning them accurately in relation to each other. The package includes adhesive pads, a positioning guide, and mounting templates for Lock Plate A and Lock Plate C.

Flexlock StartkitThe Flexlock Start Kit contains the cards you need to begin using your Flexlock locking system. The kit includes the following cards: Mode 2, Mode 3, Mode 4, Mode 5, Ready to Use, and Programming Exchange. It also comes with a practical card holder that keeps all cards organized in one place. Available for Mifare or EM.

Flexlock Get startedStart kit for administering your Flexlock locking system. It is purchased at the same time as the installation. The kit contains two administration cards that are specifically linked to your system and your locks: a green Programming Card and a yellow Service Card, as well as a screwdriver for future battery replacements. Also available with a unique ID.

User fobsBoth user cards and fobs can be used with Flexlock to open the locks. Our fobs are specifically tested with our locks to ensure correct functionality. (If you plan to use existing tags, always verify that they are compatible with our locks. There is significant variation in tag quality and readability.) Contact one of our sales representatives for guidance when choosing a fob.

User cardFlexlock User Card for unique users. Can be ordered with a unique serial number. Available for both EM and Mifare, or a combination of both.

Guest cardFlexlock guest card for temporary users. Can be ordered with a unique serial number. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Lock plate for double doorsLock plate enabling one lock to secure two inward opening doors simultaneously.

Flexlock Cards and functions

Service CardThe yellow Service Card is one of our main system cards. The Service Card acts as the master key and is linked to the lock during installation. Available for both EM and Mifare, Can be ordered with or without a unique ID.

Programming CardThe green Programming Card is one of our main system cards. The Programming card is used to add or remove users linked to the lock. It is also used to change the lock’s modes or functions. Available for both EM and Mifare. Can be ordered with or without a unique ID.

Mode 1Mode 1 is our standard mode. Flexlock is always delivered in this mode unless otherwise requested. In this mode, the lock is open by default. It is intended for private storage for a specific user or group. It supports 1–200 unique users with Mifare and 1–45 unique users with EM. If you want to change the lock to another mode, you will need to add a mode card with the desired function.

Mode 2Mode 2 with Auto Lock function. The lock automatically switches to the locked position 4 seconds after it has been opened. This mode is intended for private storage for a specific user. It supports 1–200 unique users with Mifare and 1–45 unique users with EM.

Mode 3Mode 3 – Any user. This function is intended for public storage where the lock is in the open position by default. The storage can be used by anyone who has a temporary need for it. The user card that is presented first becomes the owner of the storage until the same card is used again to unlock it. There is no time limit. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Mode 4Mode 4 - Any user Timer 12 h. This function is intended for public storage where the lock is in the open position by default. The storage can be used by anyone who has a temporary need for it. The user card that is presented first becomes the owner of the storage until the same card is used again to unlock it. The lock has a time limit and will automatically unlock after 12 hours.. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Mode 5Mode 5 - Any user Timer 2 h. This function is intended for public storage where the lock is in the open position by default. The storage can be used by anyone who has a temporary need for it. The user card that is presented first becomes the owner of the storage until the same card is used again to unlock it. The lock has a time limit and will automatically unlock after 2 hours. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Any user TimerAny User Timer with a selectable time limit. Intended for public storage where the lock is in the open position by default. The storage can be used by anyone who has a temporary need for it. The user card that is presented first becomes the owner of the storage until the same card is used again to unlock it. The lock has a time limit and will automatically unlock after 1–166 hours. Specify the desired time when placing your order. Available only for Mifare.

Sound on/offThe Sound On/Off function card activates or deactivates an audible signal on your lock each time it is opened or closed. It is specifically designed for very noisy environments to make locking and unlocking easier to manage and more noticeable. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Programming ExchangeThe Programming Exchange function card is used to replace the existing Programming Card and Service Card with unique ID numbers. It is compatible only with Flexlock 2.0. Available for both EM and Mifare.

Ready to useThe Ready to Use function card sets the lock to an open position. The first user card presented to the lock will automatically be paired with it and registered as its owner as a unique user. This is particularly useful when installing a large number of locks at once, as it removes the need to manually program users into each individual lock. Available for both EM and Mifare.

LED on/offThe LED On/Off function card activates or deactivates the LED on your lock, which indicates when the storage unit is available. On the Visible and Public models, the LED is activated by default. If you want LED functionality on a lock mounted on the inside, the lock must be an Invisible LED model, where the included light guide is drilled through the front panel. Particularly suitable for lock plates with a push‑pull function. Available only for Mifare 2.0.

Smart on/offThe Smart On/Off function card activates or deactivates the Smart features on your lock. With the Smart system, you can use your mobile phone, card, or tag as a key. It offers cloud based central administration via computer, enabling the management of many locks across multiple locations. Available only for Mifare.

Card+ on/offThe Card+ On/Off function card activates or deactivates the Card+ features on your lock. With the Card+ system, you have the same functions as with the standard system ”Card”, but in addition to using a card or tag as a key, you also gain access to the locks through our Card+ app. Simply scan the QR code on the locker to access the storage. No cloud solutions or license fees are required. Administration is carried out locally at each individual lock using a programming card. Available only for Mifare.

Mobile OnlyThe Mobile Only function card activates or deactivates mobile access for the Card+ system. When this feature is activated, access to the locks is available exclusively via a mobile phone and the Card+ app. Available only for Mifare.

Battery EndThe Battery End function card activates or deactivates the automatic locking feature when the battery is depleted. When the feature is activated, the lock will instead open when the battery runs out. It can also be purchased as a complete kit together with a power bank and connection cable for the Visible or Public models.
